Prepare Your Package
Securely place the jewelry in its original gift box and include all authentication cards before placing it into a padded shipping mailer.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it firmly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange has been processed by our team.
